Colts so as to add Jim Irsay to Ring of Honor throughout season opener
The Indianapolis Colts will induct former proprietor Jim Irsay of their Ring of Honor in the course of the staff’s season opener on Sept. 7.
The Colts introduced Irsay’s deliberate induction Friday, the day he would have turned 66. Irsay died Could 21.

Irsay would be the twentieth member of the Colts’ Ring of Honor. He joins his father, Robert, who was the inaugural honoree in 1996.
